Director of Engineering

In search of a Director of Engineering that is deeply technical and able to whiteboard solutions.

• Strong hands-on experience with 5G Core + 4G LTE + IMS
• Ability to design and explain end-to-end network + roaming architectures
• Deep understanding of signaling + user plane flows
• Experience with roaming (MNO, MVNO, global interconnects)
• Ability to translate high-level architecture → HLD → LLD → implementation
• Proven experience mentoring and leading engineers technically
• Ability to whiteboard:
• 5G SA/NSA flows
• Roaming scenarios
• End-to-end call/data flows
• Experience working in implementation + build environments (not just strategy)
• Strong troubleshooting + deployment background
