Pay: Starting at $60,000 based upon experience, education and certifications
Hillcrest Mable Rose is looking for an experienced Environmental Services Director to lead our housekeeping and environmental services team. This leader plays an important role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for the residents and team members who call our community home.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support the Environmental Services team including housekeeping and laundry operations
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment throughout the community
• Develop schedules, manage staffing levels, and oversee daily EVS operations
• Maintain regulatory compliance and infection control standards
• Monitor supplies, inventory, and department budgets
• Partner with leadership to maintain high standards for resident experience and building presentation
• Train, coach, and develop team members to deliver exceptional service

What We’re Looking For

• Previous leadership experience in environmental services, housekeeping, hospitality, or healthcare
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience managing schedules, supplies, and department operations
• Knowledge of infection control and safety standards preferred
• A passion for creating welcoming environments and leading strong teams
