Director of Events & Marketing ( Hotels )

Responsible for positioning the hotel as a top destination for conferences, banquets, weddings, and social events. Leads the Events & Marketing team to maximize revenue and ensure flawless execution of all functions, while strengthening brand visibility through marketing and PR activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to drive event and banquet revenues.
• Lead event planning and execution with Sales, F&B, and Operations teams.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business.
• Oversee marketing campaigns to promote the hotel as a leading events venue.
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Manage, train, and evaluate the Events & Marketing team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Event Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in events/conference management within hospitality.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale events and managing teams.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
