THE ROLE:

The Ned Doha is looking for an experienced and passionate Director of Finance to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in a dynamic luxury hospitality environment and is ready to play a key role in shaping the financial success of one of Doha’s most vibrant destinations.

As Director of Finance, you will oversee all financial operations of the property, ensuring strong financial performance, compliance, strategic planning, and operational efficiency. Working closely with senior leadership, you will provide valuable insights that support business growth while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and integrity.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Leading the Finance team and overseeing all day-to-day financial operations
• Managing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, local regulations, and audit requirements
• Providing strategic financial guidance to support business decisions
• Monitoring financial performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Building strong relationships with department heads and key stakeholders

ABOUT YOU:

• Previous experience in a senior finance leadership role within luxury hospitality
• Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong analytical mindset with great attention to detail
• Experience using hospitality financial systems is an advantage
