Director of First Impressions

The law firm of Foley Pearson Riekkola Iverson, P.C. is a fun and professional place to work! Our firm is in growth mode, and we are seeking a full-time, entry-level Director of First Impressions (receptionist) to work in a friendly, fast-paced work environment. We focus on meeting the needs of our clients and supporting them as they plan for their estates and navigate the loss of their loved ones. We pride ourselves on offering a caring, collegial, and fun workplace; firm “fit” is the most important factor for any candidate for this position.

As the Director of First Impressions, you will be the first contact for many of our clients and their family members. You will direct clients and other callers to the appropriate staff members, maintain firm workflow and organization, schedule and confirm appointments, and walk current and potential clients through our firm processes. No past legal experience necessary, just be willing to learn and bring a positive attitude. The person for this job is outgoing, compassionate, organized, technologically literate, embraces challenges, has an eye for detail, desires to learn, is a self-starter, and communicates well with others. The position offers opportunities for advancement. Our firm embodies the mentality of promoting from within. Many of our current staff such as our Legal Assistants and Paralegals started in the position you are applying for. This is a 37.5 hour a week Monday through Friday job. If your parents still have to wake you up for school or work in the mornings, then this job is most likely not for you.
