Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Director of Food and Beverage at Snow King Mountain Resort, based in Jackson, WY. The Director will oversee the resort's food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through strategic planning, high-quality service, and excellence in food preparation and presentation. Daily responsibilities include managing budgets, supervising food service teams, maintaining high standards in customer satisfaction, and coordinating with other departments to align operations with the resort’s overall goals.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Food & Beverage service management
  • Expertise in Culinary Skills and Food Service operations
  • Experience with Budgeting and financial planning for food and beverage operations
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Jackson, WY, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and regulations is beneficial
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
