Snow King Mountain Resort, established in 1939 in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, is the region's first ski area and a pioneer in winter recreation. Located just steps from Jackson's town center, the resort offers unmatched access to skiing, dining, and local attractions. Known for its exceptional beginner and intermediate ski environments, as well as expert trails and tree skiing, Snow King provides a premier experience. During the summer, visitors enjoy activities like the Alpine Slide, scenic chairlift rides, hiking, and mountain biking, all with breathtaking views of the Tetons and the Jackson Hole valley. This is a full-time, on-site role for the Director of Food and Beverage at Snow King Mountain Resort, based in Jackson, WY. The Director will oversee the resort's food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through strategic planning, high-quality service, and excellence in food preparation and presentation. Daily responsibilities include managing budgets, supervising food service teams, maintaining high standards in customer satisfaction, and coordinating with other departments to align operations with the resort’s overall goals.

• Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Food & Beverage service management
• Expertise in Culinary Skills and Food Service operations
• Experience with Budgeting and financial planning for food and beverage operations
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Jackson, WY, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and regulations is beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
