Director of Growth

Founded in 2005, ideasoft has been growing rapidly and today provides web-based software, design, and desktop solutions to more than 45,000+ businesses, primarily in the e-commerce ecosystem.

We are looking for a Growth Director (Head of Growth) to lead the end to end growth strategy of ideasoft.

This role will own the company’s entire growth engine from digital acquisition and funnel optimization to revenue growth and retention and will work directly with the CEO to shape and execute the company’s growth strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead IdeaSoft’s end-to-end growth strategy, from traffic acquisition to retention and monetization
  • Develop and execute digital growth initiatives to drive sustainable revenue growth
  • Lead performance across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and other acquisition channels
  • Design and optimize channel mix, segmentation, and budget allocation in line with growth objectives
  • Analyze campaign and funnel performance, making ROI- and ROAS-driven decisions
  • Own and optimize the full growth funnel: Traffic to Revenue
  • Drive continuous improvement of key metrics including CAC, LTV, CVR, CTR, ROAS, ARPU, and Churn
  • Lead A/B testing, experimentation, and conversion optimization initiatives
  • Build growth models, forecasts, and scenario-based projections
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Data teams to align growth priorities
  • Provide regular insights, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership


Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Growth, Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing related roles
  • Strong expertise in digital performance marketing and growth analytics
  • Proven experience managing high scale digital budgets and aggressive growth targets
  • Hands-on experience with funnel management and attribution models
  • Strong command of CAC, LTV, ARPU, Churn and segmentation analysis
  • Experience designing and running A/B tests and experimentation frameworks
  • Ability to build and interpret data models, forecasts, and growth scenarios
  • Prior experience in SaaS, technology, software, fintech, or e-commerce is strongly preferred
  • Data driven mindset with strong business judgment
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on execution levels
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
  • Comfortable working in fast paced, high growth environments
