As we continue to expand, we are building a best-in-class Growth Operations function that sits at the center of our client acquisition engine, powering everything from marketing performance to intake speed to bottom-line margin.

Position Details:

We are seeking a strategic and process-oriented Director of Growth Operations to lead and optimize the full intake-to-start growth funnel at ACES. This role is accountable for driving sustainable growth by aligning marketing performance, intake operations, and capacity planning into a unified strategy. The Director will set the vision for scalable systems, processes, and metrics that accelerate growth while ensuring operational excellence.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of growth strategy, sales operations, and systems leadership, with a proven track record of building high-performing engines in healthcare or multi-site service environments.

Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy & Funnel Leadership

  • Own the lead-to-start funnel performance across inbound and outbound channels

  • Define and optimize growth levers that improve velocity, conversion, and cost efficiency

  • Partner with Marketing to translate lead generation into predictable client starts and campaign ROI

  • Anticipate bottlenecks and implement solutions to maximize throughput and client access

Process Design & Systems Optimization

  • Architect scalable workflows, playbooks, and routing logic to streamline lead handling

  • Partner with IT and Product teams to implement automation and system improvements

  • Evaluate and enhance CRM/MarTech stack to enable faster response, cleaner data, and better reporting

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. A/B testing, funnel redesigns, contact strategy enhancements)

Forecasting & Growth Planning

  • Develop forecasting and capacity planning models by market and region

  • Align growth operations planning with clinical capacity and market expansion priorities

  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks in collaboration with analytics to track KPIs and forecast accuracy

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as the strategic counterpart to Marketing, Clinical Operations, and Recruiting

  • Drive clarity on intake-to-start protocols, handoffs, and SLAs across teams

  • Provide thought leadership on scaling patient acquisition, balancing efficiency with client experience

  • Influence executive decision-making with data-driven insights and operational recommendations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strategic Operator: Skilled at connecting growth strategy with execution to deliver results

  • Systems Thinker: Experienced in building scalable processes and optimizing complex workflows

  • Data Fluent: Comfortable using funnel analytics, forecasting, and experimentation to drive change

  • Collaborative Leader: Trusted partner who fosters alignment across marketing, clinical, and operations teams

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in growth, operations, or strategy in a healthcare or multi-site services environment

  • Demonstrated success in leading growth operations or scaling acquisition systems at a senior level

  • Strong background in process design, analytics, and performance optimization

  • Proficiency with CRM/MarTech platforms and automation tools

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force and lift/move up to 10 pounds
  • May include, without limitation, the following physical demands: sitting, typing and viewing a screen(s) for long periods of time
