As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Director of Healthcare Marketing to lead our marketing strategy, brand development, and community engagement initiatives.

Job Summary

The Director of Healthcare Marketing is a senior leadership role responsible for driving Total Point Healthcare’s marketing vision and ensuring strong alignment between business objectives and brand strategy. This individual will oversee all marketing operations, develop integrated campaigns, and lead a team dedicated to expanding patient access and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to support growth, patient acquisition, and brand recognition across multiple locations.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing strategic direction and professional development.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, website management, SEO, paid advertising, and online reputation management.
  • Direct community outreach and event marketing to build brand visibility and strengthen relationships with local partners.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, operations, and clinical teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Manage external vendors, creative agencies, and consultants to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Monitor marketing KPIs, analyze performance data, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and design across all platforms and communications.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, healthcare regulations, and patient engagement best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (healthcare experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and vendor relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
