Job Overview
The
Director of HR Strategy
serves as the senior leader responsible for developing, driving, and executing a comprehensive Human Resources strategy that aligns with the organization’s overall strategic objectives. This role plays a central part in enabling organizational excellence, strengthening governance, and ensuring that HR practices support the company’s long-term vision.
The position acts as a strategic partner to executive leadership and leads major transformation initiatives, organizational design programs, and talent strategies across the company.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & HR Governance

Develop, update, and implement the organization’s
comprehensive HR strategy
in alignment with corporate goals and government requirements.

Lead the review and enhancement of
HR policies, regulations, and governance frameworks
to ensure legal compliance and competitive alignment.

Oversee the development and continuous improvement of HR governance models.
2. Organizational Design & Workforce Planning
-
Lead initiatives related to
organizational structures
, job design, workforce planning, and capability mapping.

Ensure all organizational development activities support efficiency, clarity, and high performance.

Support executive leadership in developing and maintaining a sustainable organizational model.
3. Leadership & Talent Management
-
Develop and implement strategies for
leadership acquisition, succession planning, and high-potential talent development
.

Oversee initiatives that strengthen workforce readiness and talent pipelines.
4. Performance Culture & Employee Experience
-
Drive the implementation of a
performance-driven culture
across the organization.

Introduce programs that promote productivity, collaboration, engagement, and employee well-being.

Lead culture transformation initiatives and ensure consistent communication of organizational values.
5. Data Analytics & Strategic Reporting

Provide executive leadership with
regular strategic reports
on HR readiness, performance metrics, and workforce trends.

Leverage HR data and analytics to support strategic decision-making and evaluate organizational health.
6. Digital Transformation & Innovation
-
Support digital HR transformation initiatives and ensure strong adoption of systems such as
SAP SuccessFactors
or equivalent HR platforms.

Promote innovation across HR functions to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration
, or a related field.

Master’s degree (MBA/HRM)
is highly preferred.

Minimum of
15 years of experience
in HR strategy, corporate governance, organizational development, or related strategic leadership roles.

Demonstrated experience in leading
major organizational transformations
.

Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities.

Solid understanding of HR digital systems such as
SuccessFactors
or similar platforms.
