We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Director of Human Resources to lead and enhance our HR functions and strategies. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources functions within the Bank including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training, and employment law compliance. This role requires a strategic leader who will plan, direct, and coordinate HR policies and activities, ensuring legal compliance while supporting the Bank’s mission and growth. Pay Range: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the HR team and oversee organizational development, employee training, benefits administration, and compliance.
  • Drive recruitment and onboarding processes ensuring fairness, compliance, and outreach.
  • Develop and maintain competitive compensation structures based on market data.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, coordinate with vendors, and evaluate benefit options annually.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, disciplinary actions, investigations, and grievance resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to design initiatives that improve personnel management and employee retention.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR data management systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • SHRM-CP certification or equivalent HR professional certification.
  • 5 years of relevant, progressive HR experience, including management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws and regulations.
  • Proven ability to lead HR teams and implement strategic HR initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of discretion and independent decision-making.
