Human Resources Generalist

Our firm has been engaged to place a dynamic and solutions-driven HR Generalist for a growing manufacturing client in Orlando, FL. This onsite role offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact by strengthening HR operations, driving process improvements, and supporting a diverse workforce across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at building relationships, and is passionate about creating best-in-class HR practices.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily HR functions including employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, and compliance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS system management, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Partner with recruiters and department managers to assist in employee lifecycle management and seasonal hiring support.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity.
  • Provide guidance on company policies and employment law to ensure compliance across locations.
  • Assist with performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and policy updates.
  • Coordinate training, orientation, and employee development programs as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Paycom is required.
  • Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to support multi-location operations and collaborate with remote teams.
