DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES (SAUDI NATIONAL)

The Director of Human Resources is responsible for leading the HR function to support Hyatt’s purpose of caring for people so they can be their best. This role oversees all HR operations, including talent acquisition, colleague engagement, learning & development, performance management, compensation, and compliance. The Director ensures that HR strategies align with Hyatt brand standards and local regulations while fostering a culture of care, diversity, and inclusion.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems; Hyatt systems experience is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust, lead teams, and drive organizational culture.
