Objective
TrulyFree.com is seeking a strategic, growth-oriented Director of Influencer & Creator Partnerships to lead and scale a high-performing affiliate and creator ecosystem. This leader will own the vision, structure, and performance of the influencer/creator channel—transforming it into a primary driver of customer acquisition, brand affinity, and revenue.
This role will oversee Affiliate Managers and related team members, while also directly contributing to high-impact partnerships. The ideal candidate is both a builder and operator—someone who can architect a best-in-class creator program while also rolling up their sleeves to unlock immediate growth through existing relationships and innovative partnership strategies.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Program Ownership
Define and execute the overarching strategy for TrulyFree.com’s influencer, creator, and affiliate ecosystem.
- Build a scalable program that balances short-term revenue wins with long-term brand equity.
- Establish clear KPIs (revenue, CAC, engagement, retention, creator LTV).
- Partner with the Executive Director of Marketing to align influencer strategy with broader growth initiatives.
2. Team Leadership & Development
Lead, coach, and scale a team of Affiliate/Influencer Managers.
- Set performance expectations and create a culture of ownership, hustle, and results.
- Implement training, playbooks, and systems that enable consistent execution across the team.
- Recruit top talent with strong creator networks and performance marketing experience.
3. Creator Ecosystem Growth & Recruitment Strategy
Architect and oversee scalable systems for sourcing and recruiting high-performing creators.
- Leverage personal network and industry connections to unlock high-value partnerships quickly.
- Guide team in identifying creators with strong brand alignment and conversion potential.
- Develop partnerships with creator agencies, platforms, and networks.
4. Program Structure, Offers & Monetization
- Design and evolve commission structures, incentives, and tiered rewards programs.
- Ensure offers are competitive, compelling, and aligned with both creator motivation and company margins.
- Continuously test and optimize monetization strategies to improve ROI and creator engagement.
5. Performance Management & Optimization
- Establish reporting frameworks to track creator and campaign performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and inefficiencies.
- Drive a culture of test-and-learn experimentation across platforms, formats, and offers.
- Present regular performance insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with:
- Marketing & Growth on campaign alignment and acquisition goals
- Creative/Content teams to develop high-converting creator assets
- Product & Merchandising to align offers with creator audiences
- Ensure creator campaigns are integrated into broader marketing initiatives.
7. Brand Stewardship & Creator Experience
Ensure all creator partnerships reflect Truly Free’s mission, voice, and values.
- Build a best-in-class creator experience (white-glove onboarding, communication, support).
- Develop community-building initiatives (events, exclusive drops, recognition programs).
- Balance brand consistency with creator authenticity.
8. Innovation & Channel Expansion
- Identify and test emerging platforms, tools, and partnership models.
- Explore new growth opportunities (e.g., ambassador programs, UGC pipelines, co-branded collaborations).
- Stay ahead of trends in the creator economy and affiliate marketing landscape.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience:
- 7–10+ years in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or creator partnerships
- 3–5+ years in a leadership or team management role
- Proven track record of scaling influencer/affiliate programs into significant revenue channels
Network:
- Strong, active network of creators, influencers, and/or agencies
- Ability to immediately activate high-value partnerships
Skills & Competencies:
- Deep expertise in creator monetization and social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Data-driven decision-making with experience in affiliate platforms (Impact, PartnerStack, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker with a bias toward execution and results

Work Environment
This is a remote role with high cross-functional collaboration across marketing, creative, and product teams. The position requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
