Our Role
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Technical Operations to lead our global IT infrastructure, ensure seamless service delivery, and drive innovation across our technological landscape. Reporting directly to the CIO, you will shape the future of our IT capabilities—balancing strategic foresight with hands-on leadership. Responsibilities

Lead the company’s global IT infrastructure and service delivery, reporting to the CIO.

Build, inspire, and manage a high-performing team of engineers, administrators, and specialists.

Oversee cloud and network architecture, datacenter operations, infrastructure deployment, security services, help desk, and service performance reporting.

Lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of the company’s ERP platform to support core business operations.

Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and other functions to align ERP processes with business needs and improve efficiency.

Oversee ERP governance, data integrity, change management, and vendor relationships.

Develop and execute a digital transformation roadmap leveraging automation, analytics, AI, and cloud technologies, and aligned with business objectives and IT strategy.

Drive operational excellence through well-defined policies, streamlined processes, and automation.

Design and maintain resilient, high-availability infrastructure with robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Modernize legacy systems, drive process automation, and migrate critical services to scalable cloud platforms.

Monitor performance and costs to optimize systems, improve productivity, and plan capacity upgrades.

Champion strategic and operational planning to align projects, innovation, and resources with business goals.

Identify and implement opportunities for service and infrastructure improvement based on data and benchmarking.

Manage budgets, purchasing, contracts, and vendor relationships to maximize value and control expenses.

Recruit, mentor, and develop team members to ensure exceptional performance and career growth.

Partner with cross-functional teams and external providers to deliver strategic initiatives and support daily operations.

Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance capabilities and support the company’s long-term IT strategy.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience

10+ years of progressive experience in IT operations roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or management capacity within a mid-to-large enterprise environment.

Demonstrate a blend of advanced technical knowledge, leadership ability, teamwork, excellent communication abilities, positive can-do attitude, and strong project management skills

Deep experience with responsibility of highly available, 24x7 mission-critical services

Deep experience with Data Centers, Cloud computing, Virtualization, Storage, and Networking

Proven track record managing ERP implementations, upgrades, or migrations

Strong understanding of business process mapping, system integration, and data governance

Experience leading cross-functional digital projects involving automation, analytics, and cloud platforms

Experience operating in environments governed by ISO 27001, 22301, 20000, or 9001 standards; familiarity with audit and compliance processes is preferred

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Able to manage and adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines

Rigorous budget management in accordance with annual budgets

Ability to manage multiple projects, support activities and tasks simultaneously

Ability to interact with internal business users to gather and prioritize business requirements, oversee the design of solutions that adhere to architectural standards and direction to solve business requirements, and provide guidance to project and support organizations
