We are looking for a " Assistant Allocation Manager " to join our Superstep team.


Qualifications:

  • Preferably a graduate from engineering faculties of universities.
  • Strong product perspective, commercial mindset, and experienced in process management.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong results-driven work discipline.
  • At least 3 years of managerial experience in Retail Store Operations, Planning, Allocation, or Store Merchandising processes.
  • Experienced in analysis and reporting.
  • Proficient in Excel and English.
  • Preferably without travel restrictions.


Job Description:

  • Monitor and analyze automated shipment systems, taking corrective and improvement actions as needed.
  • Determine the ideal capacity levels for stores and ensure shipments are made according to capacity.
  • Coordinate the shipment process from warehouses to stores and inter-store transfers.
  • Ensure control, follow-up, performance monitoring, and coordination of Logistics Purchase-Dispatch Plans.
  • Take actions to reduce sales losses and improve product availability.
  • Identify reporting needs for Allocation and Planning teams and communicate requirements to the BI teams.
  • Define/revise the Product Category Hierarchy used in Planning and Allocation processes, considering global dynamics.
  • Ensure the compliance and accuracy of the Global Category Hierarchy.
  • Develop strategies aligned with domestic store targets, identify development areas in store merchandising and logistics processes, design solutions, and ensure efficient resource planning.
  • Coordinate special period planning (e.g., before holidays) by checking required quantities and implementing special action plans.
  • Establish structures to automate repetitive and standardized workflows for effective efficiency management.
  • Lead Allocation Specialists in process management and related projects.
