As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our retail establishment, Mavi. Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of store operations, including customer service, staff management, and financial performance. To excel in this role, you should possess a unique blend of leadership, business acumen, and customer-centric focus. Your ability to foster a positive and productive work environment, while ensuring the store consistently meets its sales and operational targets, will be essential.

Store Manager is a key member of the Mavi’s team , responsible for:

• Controlling all expenses of the store in line with the budget,
• Knowledge and understanding of profit and loss statement and store KPIs to make commercial decisions based on sound financial judgment,
• To demonstrate continuous improvement in store sales performance and profitability,
• To manage all store operations systematically and effectively in line with all existing procedures and processes,
• Determining development targets by organizing daily, weekly and monthly meetings in accordance with the company's plans,
• Being responsible for the completion and follow-up of all official documents in the store,
• Ensuring that the brand and products are displayed correctly in the store in accordance with existing processes,

What kind of Store Manager are we looking for?

• Minimum High School, preferably University graduate level,
• At least 5 years of experience in retail and minimum 1 year experience in store management,
• Excellent Skills in operating personal computers, POS systems, and various software packages including MS Office,
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to use good judgment and make strong independent decisions,
• Open to communication, with leadership and organizational skills,
• Successful in managing and monitoring people,
• Focused on customer satisfaction and customer service,
• Preferably a good level of English,
• Able to adapt to flexible working hours,
