Director of Infrastructure

Job Purpose

The Director of Infrastructure & Development Programs is responsible for leading the planning, development, and execution of infrastructure and strategic development programs related to the equestrian sector, including public-private partnership initiatives, privatization projects, feasibility studies, and destination development projects. The role aims to support sector growth, attract private sector participation, and develop integrated equestrian infrastructure and tourism experiences aligned with strategies and economic development objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of infrastructure and development programs for the equestrian sector.
  • Conduct and oversee feasibility studies, business cases, and financial models for major infrastructure and development projects.
  • Develop privatization and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) models for sector assets such as equestrian hospitals, facilities, and infrastructure projects.
  • Prepare business plans and investment cases to attract private sector participation and investors.
  • Lead the planning and development of integrated equestrian tourism and destination development projects.
  • Coordinate with government entities, investors, developers, and consultants to support project development and execution.
  • Oversee master planning, concept development, and infrastructure planning for equestrian facilities and projects.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholders across development programs.
  • Support investment attraction and sector development initiatives through infrastructure and development projects.
  • Prepare executive reports, project updates, and presentations for senior management.
  • Ensure projects align with strategies, sector strategy, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Manage consultants, feasibility study firms, and technical advisors.
  • Identify new development opportunities and strategic projects that support sector growth.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Real Estate Development, or Infrastructure Development is preferred.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in infrastructure development, PPP projects, real estate development, strategic projects, or large development programs.
  • Experience in feasibility studies, PPP, privatization, or investment projects is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with government, development authorities, or giga projects is preferred.
