We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Internet Communications and Business Affairs to lead our digital communication initiatives and manage key business relationships. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive internet communication strategies that align with organizational goals, including website content, social media campaigns, press releases, and digital outreach efforts.
• Oversee the day to day management of Internet Lead Responses and tracking lead sales for an internal sales staff.
• Manage social media platforms by creating engaging content, monitoring engagement metrics, and responding to audience inquiries promptly.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital communication tools to inform strategic decisions.
• Lead crisis communication efforts when necessary by preparing statements, managing media inquiries, and maintaining transparency with stakeholders.

Experience

• Proven experience in with personal and business communications
• Exceptional writing skills with proficiency in AP style for clear and impactful messaging across diverse channels.
• Demonstrated expertise in social media management tools and digital analytics platforms to measure campaign effectiveness.
• A sales background not necessary but helpful
• Excellent proofreading and editing abilities to ensure accuracy and consistency in all published materials. and sales communications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
