Opportunity Overview

Hushh Technologies Corporation is an AI-first, multi-strategy investment firm headquartered in Kirkland, WA, establishing its international headquarters in Abu Dhabi. We are not a traditional fund; we are a legacy institution bridging the mathematical rigor of US technology with the patient capital of the Middle East.

We are launching the Hushh Renaissance AI First Fund A, a strategy designed to generate 18-23% IRR by owning the world's top 100 absolute free cash flow generators and systematically harvesting volatility premiums.

Mandate

You are the gatekeeper of trust. Your role is to ensure that the experience of investing with Hushh is as exceptional as the returns we generate. You will blend the precision of a top-tier financial professional with the grace of a luxury concierge.

Core Responsibilities

• Strategic Stewardship: Manage the entire LP lifecycle, from onboarding to monthly reporting. You will ensure every interaction reflects precision and grace.
• The Portal: Oversee our "Investor Portal," ensuring LPs have real-time transparency into our portfolio and strategy.
• Concierge: Facilitate direct, high-level access to our CIO (Manish Sainani) and investment team, handling complex requests with speed and discretion.
• The "Majlis" Experience: Curate and execute our quarterly in-person strategy sessions and private dinners, ensuring the Hushh brand mystique is maintained.

Ideal Profile

• Executive Presence: You possess impeccable professional presentation, grooming, and poise. You are comfortable navigating the "Majlis" culture of the GCC.
• Intellectual Depth: You can articulate complex financial concepts like "Volatility Risk Premium" and "Free Cash Flow" to sophisticated investors.
• Background: 7+ years in Private Banking, Institutional Investor Relations, or Ultra-Luxury Hospitality Management.
• Network: Existing relationships with UAE/GCC Family Offices are a significant advantage.

Compensation & Benefits Package

• Base Salary: AED 55,000 - AED 75,000 per month (All-Inclusive, Tax-Free).
• Performance Bonus: Annual discretionary bonus based on retention and brand execution.
• Success Fees: Significant commission structure on net new capital raised (Success Fee/Basis Points model).
• Equity: Opportunity for equity participation in the Management Company.
