SCHEDULE:
Full Time, , 8A-5P

POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Vice President/CHRO, the Learning and Organizational Development Director will develop and lead organizational development activities that enhance leader and workforce productivity, including the development of the SGMC University; align employees around organizational values; and build a culture of shared learning throughout the organization.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Bachelor's degree in human resources, social sciences, industrial/organizational psychology, or a related field. At least six (6) years of experience in a training or organizational development position Any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities. At least three (3) years of supervisory experience. Knowledge of principles, techniques, and methods used in employee training and budgeting, organizational development concepts. Skilled at group facilitation, leading organizational change and change management, critical thinking and problem solving

WORKING CONDITIONS - ADA INFORMATION

Considerable amount of time spent in hospital office or meeting environment, primarily daytime hours with flexibility required for meeting schedules, rounds, travel, etc. Occasionally requires long, irregular or flexible work hours. Considerable mental effort required to assess, plan and make decisions in complex environment, over varying fluctuating time frames.
