Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join Justice Bridge Capital. The ideal candidate will possess a strong business development background, focusing on building relationships and driving revenue growth. As an Account Executive, you will identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and effectively communicate our value proposition to potential customers. An ideal candidate will possess a combination of experience in both legal and financial services.
Guaranteed base salary plus commission. Note: We do not offer sponsorship. Must be based in Washington, DC.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the litigation and legal funding sectors through industry research and professional networking.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base among law firms and legal professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and continued collaboration.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure advantageous funding deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal and finance departments, to align business development strategies with company objectives.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic planning.
- Travel as necessary to meet with law firms and attend business meetings to strengthen relationships.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in business development or sales, preferably in the legal or financial services sector.
- Strong skills in strategic planning and execution tailored explicitly to the litigation funding industry.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems, primarily Salesforce.
- Excellent negotiation skills, evidenced by a successful track record of closing deals.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, particularly in conveying funding solutions to clients.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications that aid business development and funding activities.
- Willingness to travel within a designated territory to meet clients and attend pertinent industry events.
