Are you an experienced leader ready to oversee all aspects of facility maintenance and operations? Aston Health is seeking a proactive Director of Environmental Services to manage our building systems, ensure safety compliance, and lead a skilled maintenance team in delivering a safe, well-maintained environment for our residents.

What You’ll Own:

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and contractors to complete work orders, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs efficiently

• Coordinate compliance with local, state, and federal codes including OSHA, EPA, CMS, NFPA, and fire regulations

• Oversee upkeep of building systems: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire alarms, sprinklers, and mechanical equipment

• Manage maintenance budgets, capital expenditures, and drive cost-saving initiatives

• Conduct regular life safety system inspections and property upkeep including landscaping and waste management

• Maintain inventory control for repair supplies, parts, and equipment

• Collaborate with engineering contractors/vendors ensuring licenses and insurance are current

• Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes and infrastructure reliability

What You Bring:

• 5+ years’ supervisory experience in Environmental Services, Plant Operations, or Maintenance within healthcare settings

• Deep technical knowledge of building systems, facility operations, and infrastructure maintenance

• Strong familiarity with OSHA, NFPA, EPA regulations specific to skilled nursing and healthcare facilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software

• Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and develop maintenance schedules
