Director of Manufacturing

The Director of Manufacturing is responsible for managing and optimizing all aspects of

production scheduling, inventory control, and packaging readiness. This individual will play

a hands-on leadership role in ensuring daily and weekly production forecasts are met,

packaging components are stocked and available, and all manufacturing activities align with

regulatory, quality, and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in

regulated cannabis manufacturing and a strong ability to lead production teams through

operational scaling and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
