We are partnering with an innovative and growing organization to identify a
Senior Director of Advanced Manufacturing
to lead and scale complex manufacturing operations. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving operational excellence, supporting growth, and building a scalable, high-performing manufacturing organization.

leading multi-site operations
, implementing standard processes, and scaling operations for growth, including facility expansion.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute a
multi-site manufacturing strategy
aligned with business growth, capacity, and customer demand

Develop and standardize operating processes across sites to drive
consistency, scalability, and performance

Own and improve key operational metrics including
OEE, throughput, yield, scrap, cycle time, and on-time delivery

Oversee
production planning, scheduling, and capacity management
across locations

Drive alignment across
Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain

Lead and develop a high-performing leadership team, building bench strength and succession plans
-
Champion
Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives

Own operational financial performance, including
budgeting, cost control, and capital planning
-
Partner closely on
supply chain strategy, inventory optimization, and supplier performance
-
Ensure compliance with
regulated environments
(AS9100, ISO 9001, and similar standards)

Support
facility scale-up, new program launches, and operational expansion initiatives
-
Utilize
ERP/MRP systems
to drive data-driven decisions and operational visibility
What You Bring
-
10+ years of manufacturing experience, including
5+ years in senior leadership roles
-
Proven track record managing
multi-site manufacturing operations
in complex environments
-
Experience in
regulated industries
(aerospace, defense, medical device, microelectronics, etc.)

Strong background in
Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and operational transformation

Deep understanding of
ERP/MRP systems, production planning, and capacity management

Demonstrated success scaling operations and supporting
facility growth or expansion

Strong financial acumen, including
budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization
-
Ability to lead at both
strategic and operational levels
, driving execution across teams

Bachelor’s degree required;
MBA and/or Six Sigma certification preferred
