Manufacturing Director

The Location: Al Hamra District, Corniche Road, Jeddah, KSA

The Package: SAR 34,000 per month (Net)

The Fabrication Mission: Gulsan Raf is looking for a Manufacturing Director to command our production excellence from our executive hub on the Jeddah Corniche. This isn't just about managing a factory floor; it’s about leading the industrial design and large-scale fabrication of the retail infrastructure that powers the Kingdom’s commercial boom. Operating from the Al Hamra District, you will be the bridge between high-concept retail aesthetics and the raw engineering precision required to deliver world-class shelving and racking systems.

The Engineering Profile: We are seeking a veteran with 15 years of "heavy-metal" experience—specifically in high-volume steel fabrication, powder coating processes, and automated assembly lines. A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is mandatory. Your DNA should include a deep mastery of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, with at least 6 years spent at the directorial level managing multicultural technical teams. We need a leader who can walk into a facility and immediately identify bottlenecks in the production of complex retail systems while maintaining the highest safety standards in the Western Province.

Strategic Command at Al Hamra:

• End-to-End Production: Owning the entire lifecycle from raw material procurement to the final quality check of specialized racking systems.
• Technological Integration: Driving the adoption of Industry 4.0 practices, including robotic welding and AI-driven inventory management.
• Operational P&L: Directing the SAR 34,000 monthly executive allocation to optimize floor-space productivity and minimize waste.
• Vision 2030 Local Content: Spearheading "Made in Saudi" initiatives by developing local supply chains and mentoring young Saudi industrial engineers.

Status & Eligibility: This role is open to candidates with a transferable Iqama or Saudi Nationals. Presence in our Al Hamra office and regular oversight of our regional production facilities is required.
