Behavioral Framework – the leading provider of ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism in the DMV area – is looking for a Director of Marketing.
The Director of Marketing is a key member of the leadership team, responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s marketing, communications, and public relations strategy. This role provides both strategic vision and hands-on execution, ensuring our brand, reputation, and presence are strong across all internal and external audiences. The Director will lead a team, oversee vendors and partners, manage budgets, and deliver measurable impact through innovative marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and growth.

Essential Functions
Strategy & Development
Design and implement comprehensive marketing, communications, and public relations strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and optimize marketing effectiveness.
Develop and manage the annual marketing budget in collaboration with the Vice President of Client Experience.
Anticipate market trends, evaluate performance, and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
Execution & Oversight
Oversee development and management of all marketing initiatives, including:
Website and digital presence
Social media strategy and execution
Content creation and marketing campaigns
SEO/SEM optimization
Public relations
Event selection, planning, and production
Employer branding, recruitment marketing, and employee engagement initiatives
Collateral and print materials
Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, clear, consistent, and high quality.
Select, retain, and manage staff, vendors, and contractors to execute initiatives.
Support professional development and performance management of direct reports.
Leadership & Collaboration
Serve as a member of the organization’s leadership team, actively contributing to strategic direction and decision-making.
Partner with the Vice President of Client Experience to align marketing initiatives with organizational objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships across departments to ensure marketing strategies support enterprise-wide needs.
Uphold and enhance the company’s reputation as a leader in the field.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required.
Minimum 5 years of progressive marketing experience; at least 1 year in a management or leadership role preferred.
Proven success leading multi-channel marketing campaigns, including PPC, social media, content, and email marketing.
Experience aligning marketing initiatives to revenue growth and business objectives.
Strong background in brand management, event marketing, and public relations.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
