Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives and drive growth across multiple channels and companies. This strategic role requires a visionary leader who can develop, communicate, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, content marketing, and multichannel marketing, with a proven track record in performance marketing leadership, but also hands-on.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
- Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Manage multichannel campaigns that integrate print advertising, online advertising (including Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising), and direct sales efforts.
- Lead the development of performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using tools such as SEM Rush, Google Analytics, etc.
- Collaborate with product management teams to align marketing strategies with product launches and sales goals.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance customer engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Attend tradeshows, make customer visits, and participate in industry groups.
- Oversee budgeting for the marketing department, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across various campaigns.
- Create strong relationships with employees, customers, partners, and the community.
- Mentor and develop the marketing team, promoting a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and improvement.
- Support and promote the Company’s Foundation Document.
Qualifications
- 6+ years experience in B2B marketing and 3+ years in leading a marketing department.
- Self-motivated, enjoys working, and outward looking.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing strategies including SEO, content creation, social media management, and analytics.
- Excellent research skills to analyze market trends and consumer behavior effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance metrics evaluation.
