Role Summary
The Director of Marketing is a key leader responsible for shaping and executing the marketing vision across all CSV brands. This role drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, guest loyalty, and revenue growth while ensuring each concept’s unique identity shines within the broader portfolio.
The Director will oversee brand strategy, digital and social presence, partnerships, PR, campaigns, and local market activations. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution to grow our footprint and position CSV as a leader in competitive social entertainment.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for CSV and its portfolio brands (Fairway Social, Roaring Social, Pickle and Social).
- Ensure each brand maintains a distinct voice, story, and positioning while laddering up to the CSV vision.
- Drive strategies to expand market presence, increase guest traffic, and grow food, beverage, and entertainment revenue streams.
Campaign Development & Execution
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, print, influencer, and experiential).
- Oversee creative direction, content creation, and storytelling that reflects CSV’s premium yet playful ethos.
- Collaborate with operations and events teams to promote seasonal activations, tournaments, and live entertainment.
Digital, Social, & CRM
- Own and grow digital channels including websites, email, social platforms, and online communities.
- Implement data-driven marketing strategies leveraging CRM, loyalty, and guest engagement platforms.
- Optimize SEO, SEM, paid media, and content strategy to maximize digital presence and bookings.
Public Relations & Partnerships
- Build strong relationships with local media, influencers, and brand partners to amplify awareness.
- Manage PR strategy and secure coverage highlighting CSV’s innovation and cultural relevance.
- Oversee sponsorships, collaborations, and community partnerships that elevate CSV brands.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor the marketing team; manage agency and vendor relationships.
- Partner with Operations, F&B, and Entertainment to align marketing with guest experience.
- Provide clear reporting on KPIs, ROI, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA a plus).
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience; hospitality, entertainment, or lifestyle brand experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead multi-brand marketing strategies in a growth-oriented company.
- Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and CRM/guest loyalty.
- Strong creative eye and ability to translate brand stories into compelling campaigns.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
