Director of Marketing

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives and drive growth across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, B2B marketing, and multichannel strategies. This role requires a creative thinker with proven expertise in SEO, content marketing, and analytics to enhance our brand presence and engage our target audience effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing.
• Manage advertising sales efforts across various platforms.
• Lead the execution of multichannel marketing campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with product management teams to ensure alignment between product offerings and marketing initiatives.
• Oversee budgeting for the marketing department, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Conduct research to identify new opportunities for growth in e-commerce and other channels.
• Foster relationships with external partners to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and practices.
• Experience with marketing automation tools is highly desirable.
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling narratives for various audiences.
• Familiarity with HTML is a plus for optimizing web content.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
