General Overview
The Director of Marketing for KR Wolfe develops and executes marketing and communication strategies to achieve company and business growth goals, oversees the marketing team, manages marketing budgets, and analyzes campaign performance using both traditional print and digital methods to maximize ROI and increase brand engagement and recognition with an omni-channel approach. The Director of Marketing’s key responsibilities include market research, developing marketing and promotional plans, management of the KR Wolfe brand, management of digital marketing channels, public relations, and budget/revenue. The Director of Marketing should have strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:

Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with KR Wolfe’s overall business goals and promote brand growth.

Partner with executive leadership, BUs and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and strategic collaboration.
Team Leadership:

Manage, mentor, and scale KR Wolfe’s marketing team, providing guidance and the freedom to excel, fostering a high-performing and collaborative culture.

One direct report: Marketing Manager
Demand Generation & Campaign Management:

Own strategy and execution for demand generation, lead acquisition, and customer lifecycle marketing.

Partner with BU teams to develop go-to-market plans, positioning, and sales enablement tools.

Plan, create, and execute omni-channel campaigns that communicate product value and customer success stories, including digital and traditional advertising, promotional events, new business offerings, etc. Encompassing but not limited to:

Search and display advertising (PPC campaigns)

Social media advertising

Video advertising

Native advertising (Website and SEO management)

Email marketing

Retargeting campaigns

Mailers, flyers, postcards, sales sheets, case studies, and white papers
Budget and Resources Allocation:

Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across projects.
Market Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitor activities, and understand customer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
Content Development:

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create engaging content specific to KR Wolfe for various platforms, including website, social media, and publications.
Performance Monitoring:

Track key marketing metrics, analyze campaign results, and provide regular performance reports to executive leadership.
External Relations:

Serve as a representative of KR Wolfe to external parties, build strategic partnerships, and manage relationships with media and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Essential Skills
The Director of Marketing at KR Wolfe should have advanced expertise in the following areas:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.

10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with leadership experience.

Proven success in building and executing marketing strategies that drive growth.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and modern marketing tech stacks (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.).

Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Experience in Healthcare, facilities, construction is a plus.
