About Us

Better Call Paul Flooring is one of the fastest-growing home-improvement companies in the region, known for transparent pricing, precision systems, and consistent lead flow.
We’ve doubled our annual revenue in the past year and are continuing to scale across Pennsylvania and South Jersey.

We’re now seeking a Director of Marketing & Automation — a data-driven leader who can manage both paid lead generation and the systems that convert those leads into booked appointments and sales.
This role is perfect for someone who understands how to tie together advertising, CRM automation, and analytics to produce predictable growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee all digital and local marketing channels: Google PPC, YouTube/OTT, Meta Ads, Email, Direct Mail, and SEO.
  • Develop, manage, and optimize monthly campaign budgets to hit CPL, CPA, and ROI goals.
  • Build and maintain CRM automation workflows inside Zoho CRM / Zoho Marketing Automation / Zapier that improve speed-to-lead, appointment scheduling, and follow-up conversion.
  • Create and A/B test landing pages, forms, and automated messages that drive booked appointments.
  • Partner with Sales Operations to track conversion metrics across the full funnel — from lead to sale.
  • Manage integrations between marketing platforms and CRM to ensure clean, accurate data flow.
  • Report weekly on campaign ROI, conversion trends, and lead quality.
  • Oversee creative direction and content calendar (video, print, and streaming ads).
  • Lead or mentor internal and external marketing resources to execute campaigns efficiently.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of marketing leadership in home-improvement or in-home sales industries (flooring, windows, roofing, solar, HVAC, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize $30K+/mo ad budgets with measurable ROI.
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zapier, or similar automation tools.
  • Advanced understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
  • Comfortable designing and refining marketing automations and workflows end-to-end.
  • Strong analytical mindset — can translate data into actionable decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $95,000 – $125,000 DOE
  • Performance bonus: up to $25,000 annually based on lead quality, conversion, and ROI targets
