We’re hiring a hands‑on Google Ads expert to own end‑to‑end strategy and execution across Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, and YouTube. You’ll manage budgets, structure accounts to scale efficiently, implement bulletproof conversion tracking (GA4 + GTM), and drive measurable growth with a rigorous testing roadmap.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Architect & manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, PMax, Shopping, Display, Video) across multiple accounts/verticals.
- Build robust account structures: SKAGs/intent clusters, audience layering, brand vs non‑brand separation, exact/broad match strategy.
- Own daily pacing, bid/budget adjustments, and scaling logic using Targets (tCPA/tROAS), Maximize Conv/Value, and manual CPC where useful.
- Implement conversion tracking end‑to‑end: GA4 events, GTM tags/triggers, Enhanced Conversions, offline imports (GCLID), phone call tracking.
- Launch disciplined testing roadmaps: ad copy hooks, RSAs pinning strategy, assets, sitelinks, audiences, landing page variants (with CRO input).
- Build & maintain negative keyword systems (shared lists), SQR mining, brand safety, and placement exclusions.
- Create Shopping feeds and optimize product data (title, attributes, custom labels) for PMax/Shopping.
- Produce clean reporting dashboards in Looker Studio with business‑level KPIs (CPA, ROAS, MER, LTV/CAC) and narrative insights.
- Collaborate with design/dev on landing page speed, UX, and conversion‑rate improvements; brief new variants based on data.
- Proactively mitigate click fraud and wasted spend; recommend tooling and IP/device rules as needed.
- Stay current with Google Ads/GA4 updates; codify learnings into internal playbooks and SOPs.
Must‑Have Qualifications
- 1-3+ years in a dedicated PPC role with ownership of monthly budgets ≥ [insert typical range, e.g., PKR 1M+/AED 40K+/USD 10K+].
- Demonstrable success hitting CPA/ROAS targets (please attach 1–2 redacted case studies or screenshots with context).
- Strong command of: Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio.
- Solid understanding of attribution (data‑driven, last‑click, first‑party data), Enhanced Conversions, and server‑side/event‑based measurement concepts.
- Advanced Excel/Sheets skills (pivots, lookups, query, regex, basic scripts).
- Excellent English communication (client‑facing reporting & insights).
Nice‑to‑Have
- Experience with e‑commerce feeds (Merchant Center), Shopify/WooCommerce, and feed rules.
- Basic CRO/UX familiarity; ability to brief landing page tests.
- Familiarity with Scripts/Rules, SA360, or automation frameworks.
- Experience with brand safety & click fraud tools (e.g., ClickCease, CHEQ).
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads/LinkedIn Ads a plus.
