Director of Marketing - Legal
The Connection House is currently seeking a strategic, forward-thinking and results-driven Director of Marketing for our latest client. This is a thriving personal injury and real estate law firm with multiple locations. The candidate will report to the Canton, GA office. The firm’s core purpose is to provide the highest quality legal representation for injured individuals, guided by the belief that every client has a story — and it is our job to tell that story with compassion, clarity, and conviction."
This is a full-time in office position. Candidates must live within a 40-minute driving time to Canton, GA. Compensation is based on experience and expertise in the field ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 with opportunities for additional performance-based compensation. After a successful 90 days, the candidate has been approved to work remotely one day a week. The client requests that you apply only if you have a minimum of three years of experience. Law firm marketing is a plus.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Leadership
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with the firm’s goals, core values, and growth objectives.
- Lead planning efforts to generate high-quality leads through digital advertising, referral-building programs, community engagement, and content marketing.
- Collaborate with firm leadership to set marketing goals, budgets, and KPIs, providing regular reports on ROI and performance.
- Oversee all marketing operations of the firm and help develop new marketing ventures to continue growing the firm
Digital Marketing & Vendor Management
- Oversee and manage the firm’s external media vendor to ensure digital advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.) deliver strong ROI and qualified leads.
- Monitor digital performance metrics (CTR, conversions, cost per lead) and adjust strategy in collaboration with external vendors.
- Maintain ownership of firm website updates, SEO initiatives, and analytics reporting to optimize visibility and lead generation.
Content & Social Media
- Lead social media strategies across YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar that integrates short- and long-form legal content, attorney features, behind-the-scenes stories, and testimonials.
- Oversee creation of video and multimedia content, leveraging both internal resources and contractors.
- Monitor and analyze platform analytics to refine and grow audience engagement.
Referral & Community Programs
- Build and manage referral marketing programs that strengthen relationships with aligned organizations and past clients.
- Plan and coordinate the firm’s presence at community events, sponsorships, and partnerships to expand brand recognition and credibility.
- Create marketing materials that clearly communicate the firm’s value proposition to referral sources and the broader community.
Events & Brand Representation
- Represent the firm as a spokesperson at community events, professional associations, and media opportunities.
- Manage event logistics, including planning, staffing, and follow-up to ensure maximum brand exposure.
- Consistently reinforces the firm’s reputation for professionalism, accessibility, and compassion through all marketing channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3 years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Preferred 1 year of law firm marketing experience.
- Proven success in digital advertising, lead generation, and vendor management.
- Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution.
Skills

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategy, lead generation, and referral-building programs
- Demonstrated experience overseeing external vendors and ensuring ROI from digital advertising campaigns
- Deep familiarity with best practices for YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn marketing
- Proficiency in content creation and editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar) preferred
- Solid understanding of analytics platforms (Meta Business Suite, YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics) and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong writing and editing skills with proven ability to develop engaging, brand-aligned content
- Track record of success in growing engagement, reach, and qualified leads through digital and referral marketing
- Website and graphic design experience a plus
- Strong collaborator who thrives in a team-driven, feedback-rich environment, while also capable of independent execution
Pay:
$90,000 - $105,000 per year
