Title: Director of Marketing

Position:

Pace International is seeking a Marketing Director to lead marketing strategy, customer experience, and retention across the company’s portfolio, including corporate marketing for Pace International and its consumer connectivity brands TravlFi and DISH for My RV.

This is a unique opportunity to shape marketing for both established and emerging brands. DISH for My RV is a trusted leader in the RV satellite category, while TravlFi is expanding rapidly as a consumer brand that helps people stay connected wherever they travel, work, or live. Together, they represent some of the most dynamic and fast-evolving parts of the Pace business.

The Marketing Director will guide all aspects of marketing, from brand strategy, creativity, and campaigns to lifecycle management and customer experience. This includes driving awareness, engagement, and loyalty across digital, retail, and partner channels. You’ll also lead initiatives that strengthen retention and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Key success metrics include brand awareness, Net Promoter Score (NPS), customer lifetime value (CLV), retention rate, and conversion performance across digital and retail channels.

Job Description:

  • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and creative development for Pace, TravlFi, and DISH for My RV.
  • Develop and Execute the Marketing Strategy: Build and implement an integrated marketing strategy that supports Pace’s overall business objectives, including brand growth, sales enablement, and customer acquisition.
  • Plays an integral role in the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding and engagement to renewal and advocacy, by leading efforts to improve NPS, satisfaction, and retention, partnering cross-functionally to ensure a seamless, branded experience, and using data-driven insights to continually refine communications, campaigns, and overall customer experience design.
  • Lead, Develop, and Inspire the Marketing Team: Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership to Pace’s marketing team. Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture that emphasizes accountability, creativity, and growth. Invest in professional development, mentorship, and clear goal setting to build future leaders within the organization.
  • Brand Stewardship & Growth: Strengthen Pace’s corporate and sub-brand identities while leading efforts to develop emerging brands from the ground up. Build, position, and scale brands that resonate with customers, stand out in the market, and drive long-term growth.
  • Integrated Campaigns & Demand Generation: Oversee the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, email, and partner channels. Ensure alignment with sales and product goals to drive measurable results.
  • Retail & Channel Marketing: Support B2B and retail partners with effective merchandising, co-op marketing, PoP displays, and sales enablement materials. Collaborate with the Business Solutions and Sales teams to increase retail sell-through and brand visibility.
  • Digital & Performance Marketing: Lead paid and organic digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, paid media, website optimization, and analytics. Manage agency relationships to ensure ROI and efficient budget use.
  • Content & Communications: Oversee content strategy, creative direction, brand storytelling — including website content, campaigns, PR, and social media. Ensure consistent tone and messaging aligned with Pace’s brand personality.
  • Budget & ROI Management: Manage the overall marketing budget, allocating resources to maximize return on investment and track performance against KPIs and business goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Experience, and Operations to align marketing with go-to-market initiatives, product launches, and strategic priorities.
  • Market Insights & Analytics: Leverage data to understand customer behavior, identify trends, and guide decision-making. Use performance metrics to optimize campaigns and report outcomes to leadership.

Key Deliverables:

Annually: Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy, plan, and budget that align with business objectives and revenue targets across all Pace business units. Establish KPI goals that drive awareness, demand, and profitability.

Quarterly: Lead the team in executing a 30-60-90-day tactical plan that supports business goals and budget. Assess progress and make data-informed adjustments to maintain momentum.

Monthly: Track and measure KPIs, present results at the Monthly Operating Review (MOR), and implement countermeasures when needed.

Daily: Hold the team accountable to deliverables and performance metrics. Review active campaigns, creative work, and channel performance to ensure alignment and progress. Provide coaching and feedback to support individual and team growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 6+ years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven ability to build and grow brands from the ground up, not just manage established ones
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand development, and channel marketing
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and CX teams
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Experience managing budgets, agencies, and cross-functional teams
  • Entrepreneurial and hands-on approach, able to think strategically and execute effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Working Conditions:

  • Hybrid Schedule - 24 hrs. (min) In-Office and 16 hrs. (max) Remote
  • Some travel may be required

Compensation: Education, experience, and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.

Projected Total Compensation: $110,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
