Weiner Law, a growing San Diego–based law firm, is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to strengthen our online presence across multiple office locations. This role focuses on managing and improving our local search visibility, developing consistent content for our business listings, and enhancing how our firm appears in both traditional and emerging search environments—including AI-driven search platforms.

The ideal candidate has experience working with law firms and understands the unique considerations involved in marketing within the legal industry. You will work closely with a collaborative internal team and have the opportunity to shape the firm’s long-term digital marketing direction.

$100,000 - $150,000 yearly depending on experience

Local Search & Business Profile Management

• Manage and optimize business listings for multiple office locations.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all profiles.
• Maintain regular posting and engagement across listings.

SEO & Content Support

• Assist in developing strategies to improve organic local search visibility.
• Create and oversee a content calendar for ongoing postings.
• Collaborate with internal team members on content initiatives.

AI Search Optimization

• Implement best practices to improve the firm’s presence across AI-driven search tools (e.g., generative AI platforms and AI-enhanced search results).
• Monitor performance and adjust strategies based on evolving AI search trends.

Performance Tracking & Strategy

• Analyze search metrics and performance data to drive ongoing improvements.
• Recommend enhancements to local search and content strategy based on data insights.
• Maintain awareness of compliance standards in legal marketing.

Required

• Demonstrated experience working with law firms.
• Proven expertise in managing multi-location business listings and improving local search performance.
• Familiarity with AI-driven search optimization and current trends in generative AI visibility.
• Strong understanding of local SEO fundamentals, content structuring, and engagement best practices.

Preferred

• Experience supporting firms that have scaled from small to mid-sized operations.
• Understanding of legal industry compliance requirements for marketing and communications.
