Prestige Legal Solutions, P.C. is seeking a highly strategic and results-focused Director of Marketing to own the firm’s full-funnel marketing ecosystem and drive measurable growth from lead generation through case conversion. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for a data-centric marketer who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and has experience optimizing both marketing performance and intake operations.

You will lead multi-channel acquisition, manage vendor partnerships, develop analytics systems, and directly influence revenue through smarter spend, better funnels, stronger intake execution, and unique marketing diversification.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy and Execution

  • Build and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel legal marketing strategy spanning paid media, digital, SEO, social, referral, and offline channels.
  • Drive high-volume, high-quality lead generation with clear ROI targets and predictable pipeline growth.
  • Oversee all external vendors, agencies, and advertising partners, ensuring performance accountability and cost efficiency.
  • Continuously optimize funnels, creatives, landing pages, and attribution paths through structured testing.
  • Strengthen the firm’s brand presence and reputation across all platforms.

Intake and Conversion Optimization

  • Partner closely with Intake leadership to improve conversion rates, lead qualification, and overall intake and conversion efficiency.
  • Implement attribution models, and improved workflows/automations to drive qualified leads higher.
  • Monitor marketing campaign metrics daily and intervene proactively to resolve gaps or underperformance.

Data, Reporting, and Performance Management

  • Build dashboards, KPI frameworks, and real-time reporting systems across marketing and intake operations.
  • Analyze campaign performance, CAC trends, and intake conversion metrics to guide strategic decisions.
  • Allocate and manage marketing budgets using data-driven forecasting and spend optimization.
  • Champion a culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of scaling high-volume acquisition campaigns.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience overseeing teams in marketing, intake, or revenue operations.
  • Strong preference for experience in Personal Injury, Lemon Law, or other legal verticals.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, analytics platforms, CRMs, and intake systems.
  • Demonstrated success improving campaign performance and lead-to-win conversions.
  • Exceptional analytical, operational, and strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive urgency, accountability, and results in-office.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.

Preferred Tools and Systems

  • HubSpot, Filevine, or similar CRM/intake platforms
  • Meta Business Suite
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads platform
  • Experience integrating marketing automations with intake workflows

Pay: $180,000.00 per year
