Position Summary

We're looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Director of Marketing to lead Allied Residential's marketing efforts across all communities and corporate initiatives. In this role, you'll design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, oversee digital and social media strategies, and serve as the brand ambassador for Allied Residential. You'll collaborate with leadership, portfolio managers, and site teams to drive occupancy, strengthen our brand presence, and support new business growth while ensuring every marketing initiative aligns with our vision and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns in collaboration with ownership groups, portfolio managers, and site teams.
  • Oversee company-level advertising, website, lead management, and review management contracts.
  • Manage social media campaigns, ILS platforms, SEO, and SEM strategies.
  • Provide marketing materials, tools, and guidance to site teams to enhance performance.
  • Monitor and guide responses to resident reviews and surveys.
  • Oversee the design and accuracy of all websites as needed and in compliance with Allied and ADA requirements.
  • Serve as Employee Experience Ambassador, supporting events, internal communications, and employee-centered initiatives.
  • Lead corporate social responsibility initiatives and protect the Allied Residential brand.
  • Conduct market and sub-market research; share insights with leadership and property teams.
  • Maintain vendor relationships with advertising partners.
  • Support new business development through presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance; identify training opportunities based on data.
  • Attend and participate in meetings, trainings, and industry events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing management within the property management industry.
  • Proven track record in social media campaign management, SEO, SEM, and brand oversight.
  • Strong background in graphic design and marketing collateral creation.
  • Experience mentoring or training team members in marketing processes, technology, and systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365; experience with Yardi or RealPage preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Knowledge in Yardi, RentCafe, CRM, AI, and RealPage.
  • Willingness to travel to communities, events, and corporate functions.

CompensationBenefits

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • 152 hours (19 days) PTO annually, plus carry-over up to 120 hours and longevity PTO at 5 and 9 years
