Position Overview
The Director of Marketing leads strategy and execution across Jones Lake Management and its partner brands. This role oversees brand strategy, digital and print marketing, SEO, content development, industry events, and demand generation while ensuring marketing efforts drive measurable growth.
This position establishes marketing KPIs, tracks ROI, and aligns closely with sales and operations to support lead generation, brand consistency, and revenue growth across multiple regions and service lines.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Brand Management
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across multiple brands
- Support acquisitions, rebrands, and new service launches
- Maintain consistent messaging while supporting regional marketing needs
Digital, Print & Content Marketing
- Oversee websites, SEO strategy, social media, email marketing, print materials, and sales collateral
- Drive inbound lead generation through search, content, and targeted campaigns
- Manage blogs, newsletters, educational resources, and customer communications
Industry Engagement & Events
- Manage industry memberships, trade shows, conferences, speaking opportunities, and local events
- Support thought leadership and brand visibility initiatives
Marketing Operations & Team Leadership
- Lead internal marketing staff, designers, freelancers, and agency partners
- Manage marketing calendars, vendors, and campaign execution across brands
Analytics, Reporting & ROI
- Define and track marketing KPIs and campaign performance
- Report on lead generation, conversions, and marketing ROI
- Partner with sales leadership to improve lead quality and pipeline growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 8+ years of marketing experience with leadership responsibility
- Experience managing multi-brand or multi-location marketing programs preferred
- Strong background in digital marketing, print marketing, SEO, and content strategy
- Experience using HubSpot and NetSuite (or similar CRM/ERP and marketing automation platforms)
- Proven ability to measure performance and manage marketing ROI
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred Experience
- Environmental services, stormwater management, construction, engineering, landscaping, or related technical industries
- Marketing for recurring service contracts or project-based businesses
- Acquisition integration and rebranding experience
- Experience aligning CRM data with marketing analytics and reporting
