Role Overview
We are looking for a rare hybrid: a high-level strategist who understands the "under the hood" mechanics of Marketing Operations (tech/data) but isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves as a Creative Director and Social Media Manager in the short term.
Your mission is to turn our roster of 30+ coaches into a content powerhouse. You won't just be managing a brand; you’ll be building the systems that extract coach expertise and transform it into brand equity and revenue.
Your Core Responsibilities1. Strategy & System Architecture
- The Roadmap: Develop and execute a 12-month growth strategy to scale the business.
- Channel Optimization: Identify and dominate the channels (Instagram, YouTube, Email, Paid) that drive the highest LTV (Lifetime Value):CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) ratio.
- The "Content Factory": Design and implement the systems required to capture raw insights from our coaches and turn them into high-performing marketing assets.
2. Marketing Operations (The "Engine")
- Tech Stack Ownership: Manage and optimize our MarTech stack (CRM, Email Automation, Funnel Builders).
- Data Integrity: Ensure flawless lead attribution to track exactly which coach, post, or campaign is driving revenue.
- Funnel Optimization: Audit and refine existing sales funnels to maximize conversion rates at every touchpoint.
3. Social Media & Creative Direction (Interim Execution)
- The Voice: For the first 3–6 months, you will personally own our social media presence, setting the "vibe" and high standard for engagement.
- Creative Oversight: Act as the final gatekeeper for all video edits, graphics, and copy to ensure our brand remains elite, professional, and authoritative.
4. Coach Leverage
- Brand Agent: Act as a strategic consultant to our 30 coaches, guiding them on how to market themselves while reinforcing the parent brand.
- Playbook Creation: Develop internal resources to help coaches document client wins and transformations efficiently.
Who You Are
- The Architect: You don't just "post"; you build ecosystems that convert followers into lifelong clients.
- The Fitness Fanatic: You live and breathe the bodybuilding/fitness niche. You understand the nuances of "prep" vs. "growth phases" and how to market to both audiences.
- The Tech Native: You are proficient in tools like HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Skool, or Zapier. You live for a clean, actionable dashboard.
- The Leader: You can manage external editors, designers, and internal teams to hit deadlines with zero hand-holding.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership/Director-level role.
- Proven track record of scaling a service-based or coaching business.
- Management Experience: Experience leading distributed teams of creators or specialists.
- Copywriting: Ability to write high-converting, direct-response copy that doesn't sound "salesy."
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Scottsdale, AZ 85254
