We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Marketing and Communications to lead our marketing initiatives and enhance our brand presence. Christie’s International Real Estate Emerald Coast represents some of Florida’s most distinguished properties along 30A and the Emerald Coast. Our culture is creative, collaborative, and design-driven, blending global luxury standards with the coastal lifestyle of Northwest Florida. We are seeking a Marketing Director who can elevate our brand presence, lead creative strategy, and drive measurable growth across listings, agents, and community engagement.

Role Overview

The Marketing Director will lead all marketing initiatives — from strategic brand development to day-to-day execution. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytics, and leadership to manage campaigns that attract qualified buyers and support our top-performing agents.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals.
  • Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing.
  • Manage multichannel marketing efforts to ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
  • Lead content marketing initiatives, including copywriting for various formats such as blogs, emails, and social media posts.
  • Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support advertising sales efforts and enhance B2B marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the budget for all marketing activities while ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Supervise the production of creative assets using Adobe Creative Suite for both digital and print advertising.
  • Oversee e-commerce strategies to maximize online sales opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform product management decisions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a focus on digital marketing and communications.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and other online advertising platforms.
  • Proficiency in using WordPress for website management and content updates.
  • Familiarity with HTML for basic website editing tasks is preferred.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools to streamline campaign execution.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content across various channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability in budgeting and resource management within a marketing context.
