Director of Marketing and Communications

CrossNet Ministries is a faith-based organization and exists to offer help and hope in the name of Jesus to the ELANCO community! We are currently seeking a full-time Director of Marketing and Communications. This position is responsible for branding initiatives, and is responsible for developing, managing, and executing marketing and communication materials to deliver to the public through website, social media platforms, collateral materials and publications. We are seeking an individual with the following; excellent computer skills including knowledge of design and communications programs, excellent verbal and written skills, experience with developing and maintaining social media marketing, photography/videography, detail orientation and project management skills.

Qualifications include; 3-5 years of relevant marketing and branding experience, degree in graphic design or digital marketing and/or previous work related experience, demonstrated ability to write creative and persuasive content, ability to work independently and be a part of a team, the ability to extend compassion to others, have a valid PA driver’s license, and be committed to CrossNet's mission and vision.
