Director of Marketing (Full-Time, On-Site Leadership Role)

Location: Marietta, GA
Compensation: $100,000 base + performance incentives + profit-sharing eligibility
Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time on-site

A rapidly growing consumer-facing professional services organization in Marietta is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead the strategy, execution, and performance of its full-funnel marketing engine. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving qualified opportunities, optimizing cost of acquisition, and overseeing a cross-functional team and external vendors.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Director of Marketing with a proven track record of:

  • Building and optimizing direct-to-consumer (B2C) lead-generation systems
  • Reducing and managing cost of acquisition (CAC)
  • Creating multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, paid ads, social, content, events, etc.)
  • Leading and developing an internal team
  • Managing and holding external vendors accountable
  • Turning strategic insight into measurable revenue outcomes

This role is ideal for a marketing leader who enjoys both high-level strategy and hands-on execution, and who can bring structure, clarity, innovation, and performance discipline to a growing organization.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute an annual marketing plan tied directly to revenue and client acquisition goals
  • Lead and manage a growing marketing team, including intake/client experience staff and content creators
  • Build and refine multi-channel campaigns that drive urgency, trust, and conversion

Performance Marketing

  • Own and optimize CAC, with a target of $800 or less
  • Manage a marketing budget of approximately 10–15% of company revenue
  • Monitor, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics
  • Implement rapid testing, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making

Execution & Accountability

  • Oversee internal teams and external vendors delivering paid ads, SEO, content, and social media
  • Ensure consistent delivery of qualified consultations daily
  • Improve funnel performance and lead quality
  • Strengthen brand presence and messaging across digital and offline channels

What We’re Looking For (Required)

  • 7+ years of senior-level marketing leadership in a consumer-facing (B2C) industry
  • Proven success driving lead generation, not just brand awareness
  • Demonstrated ability to reduce and manage CAC
  • Experience managing $500K–$1M+ marketing budgets
  • Hands-on ownership of multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, email, landing pages, social, content, etc.)
  • Leadership experience managing internal teams and external vendors
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and execution skills
  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot strongly preferred)
  • High accountability, ownership mindset, and ability to operate within performance-driven leadership teams

Nice to Have

  • Experience in high-trust consumer services (healthcare, elder services, legal, financial services, home services, etc.)
  • Background working in urgency-driven purchase environments
  • Familiarity with EOS, data-driven leadership systems, or similar operating frameworks

  • Base salary: $100,000 with flexibility based on experience
