The Role

We’re looking for a Director of Marketing to lead PRHG’s performance marketing strategy, systems, and analytics. This highly analytical, strategic leader will drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention across multiple brands using data-driven decision-making.

You’ll own the marketing funnel end-to-end — from paid acquisition to CRM automation — ensuring every dollar spent delivers measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Lead and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Partner with agencies to manage media strategy, execution, and ROI optimization.
  • Align creative messaging and brand storytelling with performance goals.

CRM Strategy & Marketing Automation

  • Manage HubSpot CRM, ensuring consistent setup, automation, segmentation, attribution, and reporting.
  • Maintain data integrity and scalable processes across multiple brands.
  • Build nurture campaigns and workflows that drive engagement and retention.

Analytics, Attribution & Reporting

  • Design attribution models to measure channel effectiveness.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks tracking CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Present data-driven insights to leadership to guide strategic decisions.

Budget & Vendor Management

  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, tracking spend and ROI.
  • Oversee relationships with agencies, analytics providers, and ad tech partners.
  • Evaluate performance and negotiate for cost-effectiveness and quality.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with the Director of Content & Brand to bridge creative and performance strategies.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and HR on growth initiatives and new launches.
  • Lead experimentation through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and landing page optimization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7–10+ years in performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing.
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms).
  • Proficient in PPC, Meta Ads, and paid social; knowledge of SEO and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using BI tools, Excel, and Google Analytics.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-brand or multi-location marketing programs.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience in consumer services, hospitality, retail, health & wellness, or pet care is a plus.
