Job Summary
Great Beginnings Academy is a rapidly growing, multi-state childcare organization operating multiple childcare brands. We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Sales Manager to lead our full enrollment funnel—from generating high-quality leads to driving strong tour conversions and increasing occupancy across all centers.

This role directly manages both the Marketing Team and the Sales/Enrollment Team, ensuring they operate as one unified Growth Department. The Marketing & Sales Manager is responsible for cross-functional alignment, multi-brand strategy, and full-funnel performance.

A major focus of this role is ownership of reporting and analytics. The Marketing & Sales Manager will build and oversee dashboards, analyze performance data, track KPIs, and deliver insights that drive smart decision-making across the organization.

This position reports to the Chief Administrative Officer.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for multiple childcare brands across multiple states.
  • Oversee digital marketing, SEO, social media, brand management, and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Manage the marketing calendar, promotional cycles, creative development, and messaging.
  • Ensure consistent branding across brands while adapting content for individual market needs.
  • Coordinate with designers, videographers, agencies, and content creators.
  • Directly manage the Sales/Enrollment Team, including remote enrollment coordinators and on-site employees.
  • Establish and refine sales processes, scripts, follow-up standards, and CRM usage expectations.
  • Monitor daily sales performance: lead follow-up, response times, call volume, tour bookings, and parent engagement.
  • Coach employees to improve tour quality and conversion rates.
  • Conduct weekly coaching sessions and maintain KPI accountability for all sales staff.
  • Serve as the organization’s primary leader responsible for achieving companywide enrollment targets.
  • Own all reporting and analytics for both marketing and sales performance across Great Beginnings Academy.

Qualifications:

  • 4 - 7+ years of marketing, sales, or growth leadership experience.
  • Experience managing a team. Preferably in a multi-location or multi-brand environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows Computers, CRM Systems, analytics or business intelligence software, and general computer skills.
  • Experience with social media management
  • Associates degree in Marketing or a related field preferred
  • Experience in sales and customer service
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM funnels, attribution models, and sales processes.
  • A strong ownership mindset with high attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
