As the Director of Materials Management, you will:

• Lead supply chain, procurement, inventory, and distribution functions to support efficient and cost-effective operations.

• Provide leadership and direction to the Materials Management team, fostering a collaborative and accountable work environment.

• Develop and implement materials management strategies aligned with organizational goals.

• Coordinate purchasing, receiving, warehousing, and inventory processes to ensure availability of supplies and equipment.

• Oversee vendor relations, including bid processes, contract evaluation, and pricing negotiations.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and infection control standards.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in healthcare supply chain management.

• Adaptability to accept responsibility for the direction, control, or planning of an activity.
• Ability to maintain a high standard of courtesy and cooperation in dealing with co-workers, patients, and visitors.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Previous experience in supervisory or leadership experience.

• Proficiency with materials management information systems.

Salary Range: $36.89-$55.34 per hour (competitive and commensurate with experience)
