About the Role:
The Director of Nursing at The Last Resort in Smithville is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing the entire nursing department to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role involves strategic planning, staff management, and the implementation of nursing policies that align with healthcare regulations and organizational goals. The Director of Nursing will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement, patient safety, and professional development.
