Schedule: Full-time | Day Shift
What You Will Do:
Direct services, work-flow and resources for assigned nursing area.
Strategic Planning: Align departmental goals with medical, legal, and ethical health-care standards.
Clinical Direction: Oversee patient assessments, care plans, and service-level excellence.
Workforce Development: Lead all staffing initiatives, from executive hiring to continuing education.
Fiscal Stewardship: Manage departmental budgets and ensure operational alignment with allocated funds.
Audit Management: Direct internal and external audits to ensure top-tier clinical compliance.
What You Will Need:
Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.

BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.
Education:

Bachelor's degree in nursing or diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.

Master's degree or combination of Bachelor's degree and experience preferred.
Work Experience:

5 years of experience required.

10 years of experience preferred.

2 years of leadership or management experience required.

5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
