Director of Nursing (DON) Responsibilities:

• Oversee all nursing operations and clinical services

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulations

• Lead staffing, scheduling, retention, and team development

• Monitor quality measures, infection prevention, and survey readiness

• Collaborate with Administrator and interdisciplinary teams

• Promote exceptional resident care and customer service

• Manage budgets, supplies, and departmental performance

Director of Nursing (DON) Qualifications:

• Active RN license in New Jersey

• Prior experience as a Director of Nursing (DON) required

• Strong leadership experience in skilled nursing / long-term care

• Proven survey management and regulatory knowledge

• Excellent communication and team-building skills
