Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Director of Operations to lead and scale all operational functions. This role owns fulfillment, inventory, logistics, and process execution. The ideal candidate can build systems, lead teams, and execute at a high level in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day operations, including fulfillment and logistics
• Build and enforce warehouse SOPs for picking, packing, shipping, and returns
• Implement batch-picking and efficiency workflows
• Oversee inventory planning, receiving, cycle counts, and replenishment
• Hire, train, and manage fulfillment staff and supervisors
• Create shift schedules and labor plans
• Ensure on-time, accurate order fulfillment
• Track and report operational KPIs and costs
• Continuously improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations or fulfillment leadership experience
• Experience managing in-house e-commerce or DTC operations
• Strong understanding of warehouse workflows and inventory management
• Proven ability to build SOPs and operational systems
• Hands-on leadership style with strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working on the warehouse floor when needed

Preferred Qualifications

• DTC, CPG, or e-commerce experience
• Experience with Shopify, ShipStation, or WMS platforms
• Startup or high-growth company experience

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
